From issue reporting to contractor updates, we handle the process.
Est. 2025
Capture Every Repair Properly
Tenants submit issues with the right information from the start, reducing back-and-forth.
Handle Contractor Coordination
Jobs are sent to the right contractor and followed up automatically until completed.
Keep Everyone Updated Automatically
Tenants and landlords are kept updated without constant chasing or manual follow-ups.
Aevata removes the constant back-and-forth of managing repairs, so your team can focus on higher-value work instead of chasing contractors, updating tenants, and handling every request manually.
Reduce Repair Admin
Spend less time managing emails, calls, and follow-ups across every repair.
Fewer Daily Interruptions
Stop reacting to constant updates and focus on higher-value work instead.
Faster Repair Resolution
Issues move from report to completion quicker with structured coordination.
Book a short call to walk through your current repair process and see how Aevata can reduce the time your team spends managing repairs.
